TREPGAT.DEV – Developer Portfolio

Task

The goal was to build a personal portfolio platform that would not only present services and completed work, but also provide a maintainable long-term system for publishing new case studies. New projects needed to be publishable without manually creating additional pages while keeping the website fast, responsive, multilingual and technically prepared for search engines and social sharing.

My role

I designed and implemented the website as an independent project. My work included the visual structure, responsive interface, project content architecture, multilingual system, SEO structure, technical quality checks and deployment through Cloudflare Pages.

Implementation

• Developed a responsive interface with Astro and a custom CSS design system.
• Implemented multilingual architecture for German, English, Russian and Spanish.
• Built a case-study system using Astro Content Collections and validated content structures.
• Implemented automatic page generation for newly added projects.
• Added draft, featured and ordering logic for managing case studies.
• Created a CLI workflow for quickly generating new case-study templates.
• Integrated local project images with Astro optimization and responsive formats.
• Implemented a project gallery with fullscreen lightbox and navigation between case studies.
• Added canonical URLs, hreflang, sitemap, robots.txt, Open Graph and structured data.
• Included accessibility features such as visible focus states and prefers-reduced-motion.
• Configured automated quality checks with Astro Check, ESLint and Prettier.
• Configured static production builds and deployment through Cloudflare Pages.

Result

TREPGAT.DEV became a modular portfolio platform where new work can be added through structured content files without changing the layout or routing logic for every project. The architecture is designed around performance, maintainability, multilingual content and straightforward future handoff.
